  1. Product Ordering and Order Confirmation

1.4 When ordering on the site, the user must provide their details (such as full name, current address, phone number, active email address, and any additional information required to complete the order).
2.4 Subsequently, some of the details entered will be forwarded to the partners for shipping purposes. Therefore, it is very important to fill in accurate and correct details.
3.4 Within 72 hours of placing the order, the user will receive an email confirming the order. This confirmation constitutes final and absolute approval.
4.4 If an ordered product is out of stock, or for any reason the supplier cannot provide the product, you will be offered the option to receive an alternative product or cancel the transaction.
5.4 Providing false personal details related to the purchasing process is a criminal offense and a civil tort; in case of an inadvertent error, the customer must notify the business, and any additional costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
6.4 Information provided on a secure site is encrypted using advanced PCI technology, and the buyer’s billing details are deleted immediately after purchase. Additionally, the business commits to taking standard precautions to keep as much customer personal information confidential as possible.

  1. Cancellation Results Not Due to Defect or Mismatch:

Return Process:
1.5 To initiate a return (within 30 days from delivery, in new condition and original packaging), contact customer service via email:

2.5 The customer must send the package to the location indicated by customer service. Once the package arrives, we will check its condition and contents. If approved, we will process a refund according to site policy.
3.5 A cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction will be charged.
4.5 Refunds will be processed within approximately 30 days from receipt of the product, minus the cancellation fee. External factors may delay the refund up to 30 business days.
5.5 Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds do not include shipping fees.
6.5 It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the product back to the original shipping address and cover any return-related costs.

  1. Shipping Policy:

Shipping times are 4–8 business days.

1.6 The company is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (e.g., strikes, service interruptions). If known in advance, we will notify the customer using the provided contact information.
2.6 From the time of order, delivery may take up to 12 business days, including processing (up to 72 hours).
3.6 Delays caused by couriers like YunExpress or Exelot are not the responsibility of the site. Contact the courier for updates.
4.6 Delivery may take up to 20 business days from the shipment date. Contact customer support if needed.
5.6 Orders placed between Friday 6:00 PM and Sunday evening will be processed on Monday morning.
6.6 Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
7.6 The customer is solely responsible for tracking and collecting packages.
8.6 If a package is returned due to non-collection, and tracking shows it arrived at its destination, no refund will be issued.

  1. Limitation of Liability

1.7 Product images may differ slightly from actual items due to display settings or photography lighting.
2.7 The business is not responsible for clerical errors in product descriptions or specs. Customers waive all claims regarding such discrepancies.
